Mining titles, responses to requirement notices and compliance with the obligations of the mining title, with attention to the deadlines and formal requirements of each stage of the file before the Mining Authority.

Once the concession contract is signed, the holder's obligations begin: periodic reports to the Mining Authority, royalty payments, execution of the approved PTO and production reporting. A requirement notice that is not answered on time, or that does not address what is being asked, can lead to penalties or to the forfeiture of the title. That is why we prepare every response with its technical and legal support, and tell you from the outset which deadline is running.

The concession contract is not the only legal structure for mining. Depending on who applies and whether the area is free, the proposal with differential requirements, the formalization subcontract, the operating contract or a Special Reserve Area may also apply. We review which one fits your case, prepare the proposal with its annexes and, when you are about to buy a title or receive it by assignment, we evaluate the file before you decide.
