A PTO or an EIA is based on specific articles of law, not on custom. That is why we cite the regulation in every deliverable: you can verify it, and so can the authority.
Cronium IMT is a private consultancy. It has no affiliation with the National Mining Agency (Agencia Nacional de Minería) or with any entity of the Colombian State. Decisions on each procedure are taken by the competent authority.
